My Story

I’ve never followed a traditional path. I didn’t develop my creative skills in a classroom; they were shaped by real life. Whether through sound, healing, or art, my work has become the way I process experiences and transform my own journey into something grounding and meaningful.

Ten years ago, life pulled me from Australia to London, and then unexpectedly to the Amazon jungle in Peru. I spent two years immersed in traditional plant medicine practices that reshaped my understanding of nature, symbolism, and the human psyche. That time continues to influence how I create and view the world around me.

Through painting I aim to express moments of personal evolution and the quiet strength that emerges through choosing authenticity. I am particularly drawn to feminine figures, birds, botanicals and symbols that represent cycles of change, resilience and self-trust.

My time in the jungle stripped me back, grounded me and taught me how to find stillness during life’s heavy transitions. Two years of shamanic apprenticeship broke me down, humbled me and rebuilt me- bringing me back to my true essence. It wasn’t glamourous or easy, it was years of discipline, isolation and confronting myself. After 10 years of deep inner work, I am finally ready to share my practice more openly.

For me, creativity, music and energetic medicine are all intertwined. They are somatic pathways to healing. My work explores the connection between mind and body, using energy, sound frequency and creative flow to bring the nervous system back to balance.

I designed this website to be a sanctuary, a place where you can find my art, sound and energy healing sessions under one roof. My goal is simple: to share the visual and energetic medicine that helped me pull through my own hard times and give you a positive grounding spark in your own life.

These days you can find me in my home studio by the beach with my little dog Millie curled up nearby. This is where I unwind, put on some music and let the paint flow…
