2. Healing Work
Energy healing, shamanic healing, and sound healing are complementary practices. They do not diagnose, treat, or replace medical or psychological care. You are responsible for your own wellbeing and for seeking appropriate professional support when needed.
3. Client Responsibility
You agree to:
arrive on time
communicate any relevant health information
respect the boundaries of the session
follow any preparation or aftercare guidance provided
I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a session if safety, comfort, or conduct becomes a concern.
4. Art & Creative Work
All artworks are original pieces created by me. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen display. Custom commissions require a non‑refundable deposit.
5. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, text, branding, and content on this website are the property of Bianca Elizabeth and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
6. Booking & Cancellation
Once a booking is made, it is non‑refundable.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or no‑shows, are non‑refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Cancellations made before 24 hours can be moved to an alternative date and must be used within 12 months from the original booking.
If you are no longer able to attend, your session may be gifted to someone else
7. Confidentiality
All information shared in your intake form or during your session is strictly confidential and will not be shared unless required by law or with your written consent.
